Cancellation Policy
Key Operational Insights (K.O.I.) is dedicated to providing a valuable mentorship experience. We recognize that situations may arise requiring cancellation or rescheduling. To uphold professionalism and mutual respect, we have established the following policies regarding cancellations, tardiness, and package plans. Cancellation Policy: Advance Notice: Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to allow for effective reallocation of resources. Method of Communication: Please inform us of cancellations via email or the designated scheduling platform, ensuring the specific date and time of the appointment is provided. No Refund Policy: All fees for mentorship appointments are non-refundable. If a session is missed or canceled without the required notice, the fee will not be refunded. Application of Fees: If a session is canceled with appropriate notice, the fee for that session may be applied to a subsequent appointment. This allowance for rescheduling without financial penalty is available only once. Failure to comply with the cancellation policy will result in forfeiture of individual package sessions and any applicable fees. Package Plans: Package plans include multiple sessions at a discounted rate. If a session within a package is missed or canceled without proper notice, the session and its fee will be forfeited, and the remaining sessions will continue as scheduled. Emergency Situations: In case of emergencies (e.g., illness or unforeseen circumstances), please inform your mentor as soon as possible. While we aim to be understanding, timely communication is crucial for accountability. Late Arrival Policy: Grace Period: A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed for late arrivals. If you anticipate being late, please contact your mentor immediately. Impact of Late Arrivals: Arriving after the grace period may result in a shortened appointment, as mentors may have subsequent commitments. Lost time cannot be compensated by extending the session. Excessive Late Arrivals: If a mentee is late to three or more appointments in a three-month period, a review will be conducted regarding their continued participation in the mentorship program.
